Your first visit to our Epsom dental practice could be for a dental emergency or a comprehensive oral health assessment. We will take the required X-rays for the specific emergency and attend to your painful tooth or gums. We will then recommend the required treatment and discuss costs and time frames.
If your first visit is not an emergency and is as a New Patient, we will undertake a New Patient examination of your Oral Health. We make and discuss detailed baseline records of your current dental health, document your past history, like fillings, crowns, or Invisalign braces in Auckland, and understand your expectations. We also make digital X-rays and high-definition photographs to create an overview of your mouth.
Before their first appointment, some patients schedule an introductory 10-minute visit to our dental clinic in Auckland for a free, no-obligation chat. During this visit, you can get to know our team and explore our modern facilities before deciding if our practice is the right fit for you.
Yes! We understand that fitting dental appointments into your busy schedule can be challenging. That’s why Caring 4 Smiles is proud to offer Saturday appointments for our patients with no weekend surcharge, making quality dental care in Auckland accessible when it suits you best.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours' notice when possible. Early notification helps us offer your appointment time to other patients who may need urgent care. For no-shows and late cancellations we charge a fee of $120 per hour booked to cover staff costs.
